Michael's expertise is in accounting and auditing of manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, healthcare, non-profit, professional service and other owner/managed companies. Michael also has extensive experience auditing retirement plans.

Michael has more than twenty years of small to large regional firm public accounting experience coupled with five years in private industry with manufacturing and distribution companies.

He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University.
