First single and music video from Americana Artist Nathan Jacques

“Young Devil” from the upcoming Americana concept album “LOUD MIND” End Quote

(1888PressRelease) June 07, 2021 - Highland Park, CA - Hidden Mountain Records announces that Americana artist Nathan Jacques will release the first single, “Young Devil” from his debut album “Loud Mind” on June 11, 2021. The single introduces listeners to the world of “Loud Mind” as he begins his journey across vast oceans and empty deserts while searching for lost love and a chance at redemption. The song will be available on all streaming and video platforms.

The song “Young Devil” is part of a 12 track song cycle. The video was filmed in 6k format in the California desert and captures the cinematic nature of Jacques’ storytelling. It features Chuck Bartels (Sturgill Simpson, Betty Lavette) on bass, Tim Fleming (Laura Branigan, The Wreckers) on pedal steel, Kaya Shaffer (Little Silver Hearts, Thee Idylls) on drums, Adam Churilla (The Tens) on guitar and Tyler Carlson on backing vocals. The track was produced and engineered by Ed Donnelly (Willie Nelson, Zac Brown) and Michael Madill (GhostsDream, Sick Jokes). Additional engineering by Gavin Ross (Dr. Madvibe) at Steady Studios.

Hidden Mountain Records partnered with The Barber’s Basement and Madsound to produce the full length “Loud Mind” concept album. On August 13, 2021 it will be released to all streaming services as well as on CD and on double album vinyl. Tour dates for Nathan Jacques to be announced this fall.
