First Flight Venture Center Installs State of the Art Security System
First Flight Venture Center, a technology incubator located in Research Triangle Park North Carolina, has installed an advanced video monitoring system based upon the Rogo technology.
- Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) January 14, 2011 - First Flight Venture Center (FFVC) recently installed the ROGO Security To Go system to monitor building access, an important need when 37 tenants and their visitors have access around the clock.
The system was easy to install, with security up and running in less than an hour. The solution is lightweight and unobtrusive, easily blending into the background. FFVC is able to remotely monitor the system via their leading-edge iPhone application, allowing quick and immediate access to important data. There are often evening events, and ROGO allows FFVC to track outside visitors and events on a real-time basis, if necessary.
The Security To Go system is also extremely cost effective, requiring far less upfront investment and maintenance than standard security solutions. It is easy to deploy and coordinate across multiple entrances and areas with security needs such as shared equipment, labs or equipment rooms.
FFVC expects to recover their costs in less than a year, and continues to see remote access as a useful tool in tracking the tenant population.
