First Corporate Solutions Joins With California Bankers Association to Present Online Seminar on the Due Diligence Cycle
First Corporate Solutions has joined with the California Bankers Association to deliver an online seminar on the due diligence cycle. Webinar attendees will learn about a variety of public records transactions they may encounter during the lending cycle.

The event is scheduled for August 12, 2010.
The educational program, titled "The Due Diligence Cycle: An Introductory Course," targets beginning level lending professionals and takes participants through a variety of public records transactions they will likely encounter throughout the lending cycle. For each phase: pre-filing, UCC filing and post-filing, the course offers a conceptual overview as well as practical tips and best practices for interacting with public records data.
