Shaman is speaking as part of a panel discussion on Monday, July 23 on the topic of "Purchasing Services: When you can't do it yourself, who do you call?"
The panelists will discuss the practicalities of contracting for additional services when large electronic discovery review projects emerge. They will cover how to identify qualified resources, determine the level of service required for the project, plan for logistical issues and establish relationships with outside experts. The Carmel Valley eDiscovery Retreat is a boutique conference focused on the complexities and practicalities of electronic discovery, and offers four tracks with 24 total sessions.
