Fifth Award Sends Steve Sorensen into Hall of Fame
Browns Plains, Queensland - Steve Sorensen Mechanical has been recognised by the Quest Business Achievers Awards for outstanding service in the Motor Vehicle Sales and Service category in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and again in 2012 when it was inducted into the Silver Hall of Fame.

It's this attitude that has earned the Browns Plains mechanical service its fifth Quest Community Newspapers Business Achiever Award.
Owners Steve and Robyn Sorensen said they were honoured for their business to be awarded a fifth gong, which in turn earned them a spot in the Logan West Leader Business Achiever Awards Hall of Fame. It was rich reward for the business, which started out as a one-man workshop in 1996.
After gaining a reputation as an honest and hard-working tradesman, Steve Sorensen eventually expanded the business to include his two sons, Brendan and Scott, and a couple of senior tradesmen. Steve's wife, Robyn, also helps out in the office.
Eleven years after first setting up shop, Steve Sorensen Mechanical moved to new, larger premises at St Jude Court in Browns Plains.
Steve said having the latest diagnostic equipment in the clean, modern and efficient workshop allowed the team to take extra pride in professional workmanship and an unbeatable standard of customer service. Staff also receive ongoing training to ensure their skills are kept up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
