About Ferrin's Air Force
The Ferrin family and the Kartchner family have been in Arizona for over 100 years. Bob Ferrin and RaShel Kartchner started their own air conditioning business after their wedding in 1986. Bob discovered that because of his honesty, attention to detail, friendly treatment of his clients, and quick service response, he didn't need to advertise or even look for work; it all came to him by word of mouth. After about 10 years, because of growing demand for the services of the company, Bob decided to hire some help and expand a little. Nearly every year has seen an increase over the previous year in sales. As a result of the increasing notoriety and stellar reputation of the company, Bob expects to nearly double the size of the team and revenue of the company in 2010.
