(1888PressRelease) May 11, 2011 - Los Angeles, CA - Fernanda Romero, of mun2's highly acclaimed bilingual series, RPM MIAMI, helped support her local community this past weekend by participating in Red Eye Inc.'s 4th annual Mother's Day Makeovers on Skid Row.
Fernanda Romero spent Mother's Day helping with the humanitarian event that allowed women living on the streets an opportunity to feel beautiful for the day. The women were treated to makeovers that included: hair, makeup, nails and styling. Fernanda Romero helped by doing makeovers on a variety of grateful women.
After the makeovers were complete, the women were treated to lunch; they then made their way down the red carpet and posed for pictures to complete the back dropped sentence behind them: I am… The women chose words to describe themselves such as: beautiful, empowered, and strong, all in an effort to remind them that there is more to them than the lives on the street they have been living.
