During the two-hour live national video seminar, Marrone will address whether class action status is appropriate for medical monitoring cases and, if so, under what circumstances. He will also analyze the viability of the medical monitoring cause of action if such claims cannot easily be brought as class actions, but must instead be pursued as individual, single-plaintiff cases.
