FEECO's Chris Kozicki Named President of IBA
Chris Kozicki, of FEECO International, was named President of the IBA at the Institute for Briquetting and Agglomeration's 32nd biennial conference.
- Green Bay, WI (1888PressRelease) October 13, 2011 - This year the Institute for Briquetting and Agglomeration (IBA) held its 32nd biennial conference in New Orleans, LA. As a leader in the agglomeration industry, FEECO has been involved with the IBA for many years, but this year, FEECO's own Chris Kozicki was named President of the IBA.
With a degree in engineering mechanics from UW-Madison, Kozicki has been involved in the operations of the IBA for 15 years. A long-time board member, Kozicki has spent that last two years as Vice President, and the preceding two years as 2nd Vice President. His two-year term will focus on attracting new members, gaining more visibility for the IBA, and facilitating the IBA to be more proactive in the agglomeration industry.
With a long history of providing equipment and solutions to the agglomeration industry, FEECO has been involved with the IBA for many years. At this year's conference, FEECO's Brett Rittenhouse presented a paper on the design, operation, and opportunities of fertilizer granulation with a pipe reactor. In addition, Chris Kozicki was a lecturer at a workshop for newcomers to gain a basic understanding of the various processes, equipment, binders, etc., that are common in the agglomeration industry.
