Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel Elects Ropers Majeski Partner Todd Roberts as Senior Director
Ropers Majeski Partner Todd Roberts has been elected to the position of senior director by the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

(RMKB), a multi-service law firm offering litigation and transactional services nationally and internationally, announces that Partner Todd Roberts has been elected to the position of senior director by the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). Previously, he served as a board director for the past three years. Roberts was also selected to serve as program chair of the 2017 Annual Meeting in Montreux, Switzerland and convention chair for the 2018 Annual Meeting in Wailea, Hawaii.
The FDCC is composed of internationally recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction, and whose mission is to promote knowledge, fellowship and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits.
Roberts has been a member of the FDCC since his selection in 1999 and has held several key positions such as section chair of the Insurance Coverage Section, for which he was awarded the prestigious John Appleman Award for his outstanding contribution to its educational programming. Additionally, in July 2016, Roberts was awarded the Joseph Olshan Award for outstanding service to the federation.
At RMKB, Roberts has been the resident director of its Redwood City office since 2000 and chairs the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His practice consists of institutional defense and complex commercial litigation involving employment disputes, real estate, trade secrets, insurance and contracts, business torts, anti-trust and indemnity agreements.
Roberts is also the Dean of Curriculum of the Litigation Management College, held each year at Emory University in Atlanta and teaches as part of its faculty.
