The instructor for this webinar Michael Gallo is founder and President of Valerisys Consulting. He has over 20 years of experience providing analytical insights to senior decision making clients in the Department of Defense. Many of his clients were responsible for large, multi-billion dollar capital investment and program acquisition decisions.
Mike established his business so smaller clients could tap his extensive knowledge and experience analyzing, modeling, and communicating capital investment, pricing, and financial business decisions. His mission is to help managers, directors and executives harvest their organization's knowledge and build products, projects, and services that are winnable, profitable, and sustainable. Prior to starting his own practice, Mike was Vice President of a local-area federal contractor where he functioned as both a division director and as CFO.
Mike earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from State University of New at Buffalo. He is an active professional member and DC Chapter Board member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
