- (1888PressRelease) November 08, 2023 - The contract to carry out a Fatigue and Stress Management Study for ADNOC Gas Processing personnel has been given to Aesthetix, an international leader in innovation and technological solutions. The contract was granted on August 22, 2021, and it covers every employee who works for ADNOC Gas Processing at both its headquarters and its locations.
Organizations worldwide have started to recognize the negative impact that stress and exhaustion have on workers' productivity. Due to this, ADNOC Gas Processing has started to interview its staff members to find out how much stress and exhaustion they experience on a daily basis at work and whether or not work has affected them psychologically. To undertake a study on tiredness and stress management, they have enlisted the help of Aesthetix Global, one of the biggest and most well-known brands in cutting-edge workplace and technology solutions.
The study's broad scope of topics includes but is not limited to, a review of the work environment, training in fatigue management, gap analysis, and an audit of the system for managing fatigue in the workplace. Along with offering suggestions and remedies, the study also intends to guarantee that the hazards associated with fatigue are kept to an As Low As Reasonably Pragmatic (ALARP) level by offering software systems for fatigue management.
ADNOC has also enlisted Aesthetix to conduct stress management research. This study will help identify workplace stressors, evaluate current psychosocial hazard management procedures, and offer recommendations for enhancing the aforementioned elements. Regarding working circumstances and determining the elements that contribute to stress at work, both of these research can be very instructive.
ADNOC stated that it will use the results of this study to raise employee morale, increase output, improve working conditions, and improve the general quality of life at work.
For this study, Aesthetix Global has partnered with prominent industry advisors 24alife, a Mayo Clinic & Mikropis joint venture, and Circadian.
