The Heart Truth is a national awareness campaign for women about heart disease sponsored by the National Heart. Lung, and, Blood Institute. The Red Dress, introduced by the NHLBI in 2002, is the national symbol for women and heart disease awareness.

Host Rocco Leo Gaglioti interviewed a number of gorgeous stars in red; Audrina Patridge, Alison Sweeney, Giuliana Rancic, Julianna Hough, Suzanne Somers, Taraji P. Henson, Dita Von Teese, Denise Richards, Garcelle Beauvais were all amongst the names of many stars who attended Thursday's event. Participating designers for the show were Tadashi Shoji, Badgley Mischka, Carmen Marc Valvo, Zac Posen, Pamella Roland, Oscar De la Renta, Marchesa, Donna Karan, and many more.

Fashion News Live got the exclusive red carpet access to interview all of these celebrities at the charity event. E! News host and fellow Italian to Gaglioti excitedly told Fashion News Live she was, "thrilled and very excited to be a part of such an incredible event."
