Courtney Nash Gardner joins Farella Braun + Martel LLP as an associate in its Exempt Organizations and Family Wealth Groups.

She also counsels clients on a variety of income tax issues, including domestic and international tax matters involving closely-held businesses, partnerships, limited liability companies, California sales and property tax, conservation easements, and New Markets Tax Credits.
Gardner serves as second vice chair of the Tax Section of the State Bar of California's Exempt Organizations Committee and as a member of the board of directors of California Poets in the Schools. Gardner earned her LL.M. in taxation from New York University (2012) and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2008), where she was chief executive editor of the Constitutional Law Quarterly.
