Fanning Harper's Don D. Martinson, Thomas Brandt and Joshua T. Kutchin were recognized based on recommendations from fellow lawyers, their own legal accomplishments and various other criteria. This is the second year in a row for all three lawyers to be named to the Texas Super Lawyers list.
