Fanning Harper Attorneys Joshua Skinner, Francisco Valenzuela Earn 2012 Texas Rising Stars Honors
Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C., announces that firm members Joshua A. Skinner and Francisco J. Valenzuela have earned selections to the 2012 Texas Rising Stars listing of the top young lawyers in the Lone Star State.

Valenzuela have earned selections to the 2012 Texas Rising Stars listing of the top young lawyers in the Lone Star State.
Mr. Skinner was named to the exclusive listing based on his work on behalf of governments, cities and municipalities. Mr. Valenzuela was recognized for his defense work for companies in employment disputes. Both attorneys have been selected to the annual Texas Rising Stars list since 2010.

Fewer than 2.5 percent of all Texas lawyers earn the Texas Rising Stars designation. Those honored are age 40 or younger, or have practiced law for 10 years or less. The 2012 Texas Rising Stars list will appear in the April issues of Texas Monthly and Texas Rising Stars magazines.
Mr. Skinner's practice focuses on employment litigation, local government defense, appellate advocacy and school litigation, including defending the Plano, Texas, public school system in the high-profile Candy Cane Case.
Mr. Valenzuela's practice involves school litigation, employment litigation and defending lawsuits against local governments. He also serves as an assistant city attorney.
