Family Law Company's Cathryn Smith Named New Press Officer For Resolution
Having previously chaired the Devon and Cornwall branch, Family Law Company solicitor Cathryn Smith returns to working with Resolution, this time as the Devon and Cornwall branch's press officer.

The Devon and Cornwall branch is just one of many that together form the national independent body, Resolution, which aims to improve solutions and ease the legal process related to family law matters. As well as campaigning for improvements to the legal justice system, Resolution also advocates a non-confrontational approach to solving family law disputes, with its code of practice having been recommended as good practice for all family lawyers by the independent professional solicitors' body the Law Society.
An established and experienced solicitor, Cathryn specialises in the family law areas of pre-marital planning, divorce, domestic violence, cohabitation agreements and private children work. As well as leading in the family law field, she is also an expert in privacy and defamation law, and has worked on a number of high-profile cases with a number of clients in the public eye.
