One of the primary drivers has been the ongoing commitment from eZuce to a forward migration strategy and long term product roadmap for Avaya SCS customers. This program is available from authorized eZuce EZ Elite partners currently enrolled in the eZuce Partner Program.

eZuce openUCTM is a complete solution for enterprise communications including voice, video, instant messaging, presence, conferencing, collaboration, unified messaging, call center, and mobility. With eZuce openUCTM Avaya SCS customers receive enhanced product quality, stability and functionality backed by a strong solutions roadmap with protection coverage for all their investments in hardware including phones, servers and gateways.
By participating in the eZuce Avaya SCS Investment Protection Program SCS customers are entitled to:
• A one-for-one swap of Avaya SCS license for eZuce openUCTM enterprise perpetual license
• A one-for-one swap of Avaya PASS support contract for an eZuce equivalent support service for the remainder of the current Avaya PASS term*
o *This also requires SCS customers to purchase an eZuce openUCTM enterprise support agreement upon termination of their current Avaya PASS agreement
Avaya SCS customers receive Level 1 and 2 technical support directly from certified eZuce partners. In addition, eZuce partners provide professional services such as implementation, technical support, and managed services of eZuce openUCTM enterprise software.

• Lower costs for incremental seats leveraging all inclusive pricing with all features and unlimited client device support.
