Eyetrain Launches First Abo Exam Study App For Opticians
OptiQuiz is the first app designed to help opticians review exam content for national certification exams. This quiz game app was designed by an optician for opticians.
- (1888PressRelease) September 02, 2013 - EyeTrain is excited to announce the launch of OptiQuiz, an app quiz game to help opticians review test content for certification exams. The official launch date for OptiQuiz is September 1, 2013.
EyeTrain believes OptiQuiz app will provide a convenient means for optical students, apprentices, and professionals to supplement prep for certification exams and test current optical knowledge. OptiQuiz will be a great addition to any other study aids and a fun way to stay up to date on basic optics. OptiQuiz app quizzes the user with over 300 exam-style questions that are based on current test specifications.
"The OptiQuiz app is a fun way to review for the ABO. When I have a break at work, or if I am waiting at a doctors appointment I can just pull out my smartphone and study. There are a lot of different topics like Anatomy, Lenses, ANSI Standards, and Transposition. I feel better prepared using OptiQuiz" says L. Jones, an apprentice optician in Georgia, USA.
OptiQuiz app is available for public download on the Apple App Store as of September 1, 2013. OptiQuiz for Android is coming soon on Google Play App Store. Also updates about OptiQuiz will be posted via Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook.
Founded by Master Optician, Monica Scott, EyeTrain Apps encourages certification and licensure and is dedicated to providing new ways to enhance and supplement optical education. Monica, who currently resides in Indiana, is a native of Georgia, graduating from the Dekalb Tech Optical Program in 2000.
