Under terms of the agreement, Extreme Technologies will continue to directly offer its clients BackupAssist's premier onsite and cloud Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper-V backup and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, as well as BackupAssist's newly launched MSP Program 'BackupAssist as a Service' (BAaaS).
