This announcement comes on the heels of the recent Grand Opening of their eighth (8th) Data Center in Columbus Ohio, which was held on December 9th, 2010. The company announced a variety of multi-million dollar facility expansion and capacity upgrade projects in all of its markets, aimed at meeting increasing customer demand for more redundant power capacity, HVAC improvements and Managed Service software platforms. All Markets
The company is in the process of completing the staging of approximately one million dollars of new hardware and software platforms in all markets, to support customer's Managed Services requirements with expansion and upgrade to its Virtual Hosting/Cloud computing environment, Back Ups, Storage and Security related product/service lines. Another million dollars has already been earmarked to support next phase customer demands in 2011.

Baltimore
Q1 marks the start of a multi-million dollar facility expansion project, which will deliver an additional 4000 square feet of high capacity, raised-floor Data Center space to DataPoint's existing facility at its TidePoint data center location. This project is expected to be complete and open for customer collocation by early Q3-2011.

Boston
In Q1 the company will begin a multi-million dollar project, which will increase power and cooling density in a 3600 square foot, secured data center footprint (a portion of the entire facility) by one hundred fifty percent (150%) in order to meet a customer's high density, computer processing space demands.

During this same period a $600,000 upgrade of the overall cooling plant that provides critical air conditioning to the Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units will come to completion.

Cleveland
Q1 kicks off of a multi-million dollar, power plant upgrade, in order to deliver more power capacity and redundancy to the portion of its original Cleveland Data Center. The project, which will include the addition of two (2) new larger generators, two (2) new UPS and accompanying distribution facilities has already been engineered and is scheduled for completion late Q2-2011.

Indianapolis
In Q2 the company will open a new 15,000 square foot workplace recovery center adjacent to its existing data center along with a quarter-million dollar power and cooling plant upgrade, including replacement UPS batteries, and new Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units to support customer growth.

Pittsburgh
Projected for Q3 is the start of a multi-million dollar, power plant upgrade, in order to deliver more power capacity and redundancy to its original Green Tree Data Center. Similar in design to the Cleveland data center project, this initiative will include the addition of two (2) new generators, two (2) new ATS systems and accompanying distribution facilities and is scheduled for completion by year's end.
