Expansion Plans for ShopRite of West Milford Shopping Center Granted Planning Board Approval
Comprehensive Renovation Includes Additional 19,000 SF of Retail Space.
- Bergen-Passaic, NJ (1888PressRelease) October 25, 2012 - Inserra Supermarkets has been granted final site plan approval for the renovation and expansion of West Milford Shopping Center, which includes a 65,925-square-foot ShopRite.
Located within West Milford's central business district, at the intersection of Union Valley Road & Marshall Hill Road, the 100,000+-square-foot retail center's tenant roster includes Wells Fargo Bank, Rite Aid, Frank's Pizza and Just a Buck, and adjoins a free-standing McDonald's restaurant.
The shopping center will undergo extensive landscaping, lighting, and parking lot improvements. The ShopRite store will be expanded and remodeled and remain open during all renovations.
Crossroads obtained approvals for the remodeling of the shopping center on behalf of the owner. Crossroads also represents the owner of a 1.2-acre pad site on Union Valley Road, adjacent to the shopping center, which is also available for sale or lease.
