Exhilway Wealth to hire 10,000 from India
Exhilway Wealth, the Canada's 6th largest wealth manager will hire 10,000 people from India and will invest US $700 million.
- (1888PressRelease) May 15, 2011 - Exhilway Wealth, the Canada's 6th largest wealth manager with over US $3 billion of assets under management will hire 10,000 people from India within next 3 years. Exhilway Wealth will also foray into the Indian financial markets with launch of its highly selling offshore investment product known as Managed Futures, an alternative investment vehicle which trades in different asset classes at over 120 stock exchanges for a potentially higher return.
David Roy, Co-founder of Exhilway Wealth, said "We believe in India's growth story and we are confident that within next 5 years our 25% of revenue will come from the Indian soil."
Exhilway Wealth has committed an investment of US $700 million. Exhilway Wealth will also open 150 offices in the metro cities of India.
Talking about possible joint venture with a large financial house in India, Radhika Agarwal, CEO for Indian operations said "We are not looking at the joint ventures as of now, we are a cash rich enterprise and we are hiring promising people, we are confident that we will become a leading and a respected financial player in the next 3 years."
Exhilway Wealth will start hiring from August; over 750 colleges from India have confirmed their participation. Exhilway Wealth may also approach top brass of various Indian financial companies with possibly higher salary packages and better growth prospectus to make a strong team of experienced professionals. CandyDate Jobs, India's largest human resource consultancy will manage the hiring process.
