Exhilway Limited will assist five growing companies in the next 24 months to take their business public.
- (1888PressRelease) March 21, 2016 - California: Exhilway Limited, the revamped version of the former private equity fund with the restored business interests in the peer to peer lending, online education and the financial advisory business will assist at least five growing companies to take their business public in the next 24 months.
"We will be assisting growing companies from around the world to take their business public on the US and UK stock exchanges. We will help the selected companies to structure a right business plan and will also assist them in preparing right set of documents for the regulators. We will also be acting as a private placement agent to the such offerings and will attempt to make capital introductions in the selected businesses. In lieu of our services and the cost incurred we will be targeting a minimum of 20% equity in the business," said Malik Pittman, external advisor to the Exhilway Limited.
Exhilway Limited will select exclusive advisors in US, UK and Asia who will suggest growing companies to the investment committee on a regular basis.
Exhilway Limited is targeting business sectors like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, nanotechnology and other innovative technologies, the businesses like manufacturing and capital intensive business are excluded from the focus areas.
