"The King stood in front of the crystal and said, "If you want to stop this, you must go through me!
Max swung at the King but missed and jumped back as the king slashed at him with his long, claw-like fingers. The crystal began to grow brighter and brighter and a loud buzzing could be heard. The King slashed at Max again, nearly hitting him. Max kicked at the Atlantean but he dodged and Max fell over off the platform. He grabbed the edge just in time. The crystal was now a glowing blur and the air filled with static. "Now, I will get my revenge once and for all."

About the Author:
Fifteen year-old author, Noah F Bunyan, has written and illustrated five graphic novels in his Lightning Man series. He writes and illustrates all his books. He published Lightning Man #1 at the age of ten and one every year to including Lightning Man #5 at the age of fourteen. He is currently working on his sixth Lightning Man book. His graphic novels feature everyday superhero Bob Spark or Lightning Man and Sparky or Lightning Dog and Flame or Lightning Cat. Noah enjoys creating action-packed adventures in which good prevails over evil.

Noah has completed his first mystery novella, The Island of Monsters. He presented at Comic Con Okinawa twice and participated in book signings in Hawaii and Okinawa.
