Brower will oversee the company's day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency to support Hotaling's growth and success. With a notable track record in operational and business management within the financial services and insurance industries, Brower brings extensive experience to the HIS team. He will be based in the company headquarters in Melville, N.Y..
Brower joins HIS with over three decades of experience in strategic and operational management. Before HIS, he served as Regional Vice President at TIB Insurance Brokers, Operations Manager at Rennergy LLC, Chief Operations Officer at The ALS Group, Area Chief Operations Officer for the New England Branches at Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Vice President (Corporate Sector Finance Manager) at JPMorgan Chase, and Director (Head of Management Reporting & Planning) at National Australia Bank. Throughout his career, he has driven operational improvements, integrated merger acquisitions, and enhanced financial and operational efficiencies. Brower holds a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University, a Management Information Systems degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, and completed the Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
