Excel Engineering Contracted by Luxury Central Florida Senior Living Community

(http://www.excelengineers.com), a full service civil and environmental engineering company, has received approval by the Seminole County Planning and Zoning Board for assisting with an upcoming modification to the Oakmont Senior Living PD.
The modification to the Oakmont Senior Living PD includes the addition of a 140,000 square foot assisted living facility (ALF) and a 40,000 square foot Alzheimer's treatment unit. The project site has 25 acres and it is planned for 320,000 square feet of independent living and assisted living facilities.
Excel Engineering Consultants, LLC. is on the project to execute land planning, planned develop zoning, and general civil engineering tasks.
The Oakmont Senior Living is an upscale independent and assisted living community. The facility is situated in Lake Mary, Florida near the intersection of I-4 and Lake Mary Boulevard. These additional facilities will be able to further assist residents so they can do less travel off the property.
The project is scheduled to be heard by the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners in October 25th, 2011.
