EXARO serving the entire State of California has developed a training program that consists of Union training, third party training and in house training. EXARO is signatory to the Laborer's International Bargaining Unit so its employees receive training through the union hall training program. In addition EXARO hires third party trainers on occasion to provide training not available through the union hall. EXARO's in house training is the more rigid and critical element of this training because of the high standard (80%) on pass fail exams and close guarding off answers. The in house training consists of both classroom and field training.
EXARO follows the training through with field audits for quality control and to ensure processes, practices and policies are adhered to and to provide employees with performance feedback.
