Everything Zen Yoga will be open on Independence Day at Waterford Lakes for a mid-day Hatha All - Levels Flow Class, the weekend schedule for Lake Mary will remain as regularly scheduled. All classes will be canceled at Lake Mary on the 4th of July as well as on Saturday July 6th & 7th due to the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training workshop.

Everything Zen Yoga's first exciting addition to July is Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. This program encourages students to make yoga practice an essential part of a calm but empowering pregnancy and birthing process. For just $275.00, this 14-hour program gives aspiring Prenatal Yoga Teachers the chance to receive 14 CEU's for the Yoga Alliance and learn how to teach this special and important class. All interested must pre-register for this July 6th and 7th class at the Lake Mary studio. Students must attend all sessions to receive certificate of completion.

This July, Everything Zen Yoga has incorporated a new Yoga Wine Down class as well. This class consists of two types of relaxation, some yoga followed by a glass of wine. Join Everything Zen Yoga at their Lake Mary location on Friday, July 12th. After taking a relaxing yoga class with Marissa from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., enjoy a glass of wine to unwind from a long week and kick off the weekend.

Everything Zen Yoga reaches out to the Central Florida community in many different ways. This month's Karma Yoga, Community Donation class, offered at our two locations. These classes will be held on July 13th at 4:00 p.m., Waterford Lakes and July 14th at 10:00 a.m., Lake Mary. This class is open to anyone interested. "We ask each of our students to make a donation of any amount to participate in the Karma Yoga classes. All donations we receive from these classes will directly benefit the local SPCA." - Rose Batignani.

For those interested in Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra, we have the talented Frank de la Cruz guide you through a series of postures meant to be held for longer durations. In the last 30 minutes of this workshop, you will feel the transformative power of Yoga Nidra. Another highly anticipated class this month is "Flying through Backbends." Join owner, Rose Batignani, for a playful and energizing workshop geared toward increasing flexibility of the spine. This 2-hour vinyasa oriented class will integrate twists, lateral stretches, hip openers, and backbends with the intention of freeing the energetic highway of the spine. This fun filled class costs only $20.00 and all participants must pre-register before the July 27th 12:00 -2:00 p.m. Lake Mary Class.
