The retreat will include resident and out-of-state experts discussing integrative and alternative health. Topics will address chronic ailments and include guided meditations, yoga and emotional, spiritual health.
At 3 PM Eugene Alliende, transpersonal psychologist, author and spiritual teacher will speak on Experiencing Deeper Levels of Awareness in the Moment. Alliende is an author and therapist who infuses quantum science, shamanic practices and self-exploratory tools with traditional counseling. He guides people as they delve into the deepest and darkest parts of their psyches to uncover their greatness and realize their own healing powers. Following his discussion will be a book signing for his latest publication, Dimensions of Being: An Explorer's Guide to Consciousness.
