With this acquisition ESSPL will expand its presence in the UK, widen its customer base and ensure better integration of its global workforce to benefit customers in UK and Europe.

Ltd (ESSPL), a global technology services provider, today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements to acquire ION Information Technologies Ltd (IONIT), a software services company based in the in the UK through its subsidiary in the UK Enterprise System Solutions Ltd.
IONIT has a strong track record of delivering technology solutions to its customers in the UK. ION has long-standing relationships with a very large corporates and has presence in the UK market space for 20 years.
The partner relationship with ESSPL started in 2003 and the two companies already have a successful history of delivering software solutions to many UK customers.
