    Established in 2003, TDS is the longest running government-approved deposit protection scheme.

    The Dispute Service provides operational services for: TDS Insured, TDS Custodial, SafeDeposits Scotland Ltd, which is a custodial tenancy deposit scheme and Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland Ltd, which offers both custodial and insurance-based schemes

    Espire has been working with TDS on a number of key solutions;
    • Zero Deposit Adjudication (ZD)- A well-integrated and automated disputes solution that allows Zero Deposit claims to be handled in a self-resolution platform before cases are referred in the platform to TDS for adjudication.
    • SafeDeposits Scotland (SDS)- A new customer-facing website and back office Salesforce solution that offers easy-to-use, intuitive interface and customer experience with the ability for landlords, agents, and tenants to manage deposits and tenancy deposit disputes.
    • The New Homes Ombudsman Service (NHOS) A new purpose designed platform to enable home purchasers to seek redress against developers and house builders.
