Equity Home Sale Closes In The Metrowest Neighborhood, Stonebridge Commons, With Help From Francisco Orchilles Of The Orchilles Realty Group
An investor who had purchased a townhome in Stonebridge Commons hired the Orchilles Realty Group, Metrowest real estate experts, to help sell their property. The real estate investor had purchased the property at the height of the Metrowest real estate market in 2006.

Since Francisco Orchilles specializes in the Metrowest area, he knew that that particular portion of Stonebridge Commons, known as Mandalay, would sell for more than the comparable sales led on. The townhome was originally listed for $240,000 and ended up selling to a cash buyer for $241,000. Since the property received multiple offers, a bidding war took place and the resulting sale price was over the original asking price.
The Metrowest townhome that was sold ended being the highest priced sale in the neighborhood since 2008. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open floor plan on the first story. The new home owners, as members of the Stonebridge Commons HOA, will be able to enjoy tennis courts, a fitness room, and a large community swimming pool.
