New Home Builder Rob Rice represented by Epic Realty, just announced that he has sold nine new homes in the first two weeks of the New Year. "In the fourth quarter I analyzed what my competitors were selling and what I needed to do to get the upper-hand in this down market and I made some aggressive improvements in my houses and in my communities," stated Rob Rice.
Rice introduced numerous new floor plans, added full appliance packages to many homes and is currently offering builder paid closing costs on completed homes. "The addition of a washer, dryer and refrigerator has been a big selling point for us. Many of our completed homes now come with a full appliance package so buyers can move in and have everything they need to live comfortably," according to Rob. The new home builder is introducing new plans in each of the communities. Evergreen Heights, located in Lacey WA off of Marvin Road has the new Juniper plan, 1,732 sq. ft with a front office area, entryway with double cathedral ceilings and a huge kitchen and great room. This home is ideal for the entertainer as the living area is open to the kitchen.
