Ephraim Global Prolongs Record Date for its Charitable Offerings Project
Ephraim Global, the Tokyo-based asset management company, has announced today it has prolonged the record date for its Charitable Offerings project to November 30, 2015 from October 1st, 2015.
- (1888PressRelease) October 02, 2015 - This modification will give investors a wider time frame to register their shares and take advantage of this project. Investors will have until November 30, 2015 to register shares directly through the portfolio manager in their respective client's name. In early December we expect to allocate a charitable offering form that must be returned to Ephraim Global no later than December 20, 2015 in order for the charitable donation to be made. The final distributions are expected to be made during the first quarter of 2016.
Ephraim Global has established its Charitable Offerings project in June 2014. In January 2015, the company has donated $4.5 million to 50 separate charities on behalf of its clients. As an enterprise, Ephraim Global will have zero control regarding these contributions; it is however honored to make the donations on behalf of its investors. Only recognized charitable organizations will be qualified to receive the contributions from Ephraim Global.
