Energy Air, Inc. Awarded Contracts & Starts Construction For Commercial Construction Projects In Central Florida
Energy Air starts construction and receives contracts for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning of several commercial construction projects.
- Orlando, FL (1888PressRelease) March 04, 2011 - Orlando-based Energy Air, Inc. was awarded a contract with general contractor R. D. Michaels, Inc. valued at approximately $105,000 to complete the installation of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system for the welcome center of the Camp Boggy Creek foundation in Eustis.
Energy Air, Inc. is underway on more than $350,000 of work replacing air conditioning units at the Marriott Cypress Harbour resort in Orlando. A total of 116 systems will be changed out at the vacation destination. The work is contracted directly with the Marriott and is expected to be complete in July.
Energy Air was recently awarded a contract with Hardin Construction Company valued at approximately $2.8 million to complete the HVAC scope of work for Disney's Art of Animation Resort commercial and outbuildings. Construction is expected to start by the end of March, and completion is anticipated in January 2012.
The commercial retail division of Energy Air was recently awarded a contract to replace the piping that serves the chilled water air handlers on sound stages 19 & 20 at Universal Orlando. The company's chilled water piping team will complete the project.
The Plant City office of Energy Air, Inc. is underway on approximately $336,000 of work on the Sheriff's Office Tech Building renovation in Pinellas County. The mechanical scope is for the renovation of buildings 1, 2 and 3 and includes new outside air units, galvanized ductwork and air distribution. Energy Air is working with general contractor Hennessey Construction Services to complete the project.
