EMPI Business School launches India's first AI-infused PGDM in collaboration with IBM

- (1888PressRelease) May 09, 2019 - EMPI Business School in collaboration with IBM has introducedIndia’s first unique AI-Infused Management Programme (PGDM) in all streams(Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Global Business, Advertising and Business Analytics). The programme will help prepare students for career paths in Artificial Intelligence (AI) across variety of industry sectors. In 2006, EMPI was the first institution, in India and perhaps in the worldto launch a Post Graduate Programme in Research & Business Analytics and has been empowering young minds since then in the area to make changes in businesses through data-driven informed business decisions. Artificial intelligence in businesses is a breakthrough that can enable good managers to be great. The comprehensive 2-year, full-time, AI-Infused PGDM programme aimed specifically at aspiring young managers, would commence from June 2019 at EMPI Business School, New Delhi.
With government pushing towards digital transformation and invention of smart machines the AI sector is witnessing tremendous growth opportunities. According to World Economic Forum (WEF) AI will create 58 Million new jobs by 2022 and Analysis from PwC estimates, AI Will Add US$15.7 Trillion to the World Economy by 2030. In the recent LinkedIn's Emerging Job reports, Artificial Intelligence had a significant presence inthe top emerging jobs in 2018. AI was one of the fastest growing skills on LinkedIn and recorded a 190% global increase in demand.

All students of EMPI will get the opportunity to appear in globally recognized AI skills certificationprogramme, which will open pathway for jobs.
