Emily has more than a dozen years of litigation experience. Her practice focuses on trademark and copyright enforcement and litigation, and she routinely represents clients in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in Federal Courts around the country.
Emily’s client roster includes some of the most recognizable brands in the world across all industries, from food and beverage, to technology, to fashion and design houses, and professional service companies. She counsels domestic and foreign corporations to ensure their intellectual property is protected both in the U.S. and abroad.
Emily holds a B.A. in History and Political Science and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was an editor for the Law Review. Emily has also studied graphic design, which gives her a unique perspective when advocating for and counseling clients related to their trademarks and copyrights.
