Emergenza To Rock The Walls Of The Substage In Germany
Emergenza is bringing its rock festival for up and coming, unsigned rock bands to Germany's Substage on Saturday, July 6, 2013.
- (1888PressRelease) June 12, 2013 - The Substage is located at Durlacher Allee 62, S13 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. The Substage is primarily a live music club. They organize concerts of both national as well as international artists and promote local artists as well. The Substage does not showcase any certain genre of music.
They feature artists who play rock, electro, ska, metal, pop, hip-hop and every other genre of music is welcome at the Substage. The owners know the importance of showcasing local talent and the club works hard to promote the local music scene. At the Substage they are dedicated to the young musicians by providing regular performance opportunities for local bands.
On July 6, 2013 nine bands will take to the stage to play thirty minute sets of original music. Their goal is to continue on in the Emergenza finals and represent Germany in the international finals. The international finals are held in Germany at the Taubertal Open Air Festival. Bands talented enough to make these finals will get the opportunity to share the bill with some of the music world's biggest names such as; Prodigy, Bush, Skunk Anasie, The Hives, The Editors, Mika. Pink, Placebo, The Cure, Iggy Pop, The Darkness, Bad Religion, Emilbulls and Royal Republic. The winner of the international finals will be crowned "The Best Band in the World."
The following band will be competing; alternative pop band Dudebox, alternative band ZIO, alternative rock band Homestead, alternative rock band Destiny Unknown, German rock band Vollblut, grunge band Vellocet, hard rock band Roxy Rebels, hip hop band Danjo-San and the Mr.Miagi Experience and pop rock band The Wipes.
