Emergenza to pull into the Garage in London on July 7th
The Garage, one of London's premiere nightclubs, located on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow will be opening up its basement to host round two of Emergenza on July 7, 2013.
- (1888PressRelease) May 29, 2013 - Sixteen bands will perform thirty- minute sets in hopes of being selected by a panel of selected judges. One band will be chosen and receive the opportunity to move on to Germany for the Taubertal Festival, which will be held on August 11, 2013. The Taubertal Festival is held in Tauber, Germany. Bands who do not make the final cut win notice and could find themselves offered a recording contract from scouts from major labels who often attend Emergenza events.
The all day event features rockers Black Orchard Empire, 2KM2 who plays a modern crossover of electronic rock, rockers Biffy Cylro, Indie rocksters the Editors, Alkaline Trio, melodic rock/metal band Hidden Skies Band, rock and metal band Audio Disease and more.
Emergenza is the largest festival dedicated solely to unsigned, up and coming bands. They appear in over 250 cities all across the globe and in twenty nations. Musicians who understand the struggles new bands face run the festival so they work hard to ensure that each band gets the shot that it deserves. Emergenza also works with the bands aiding in educating them on the best tools and how to make the best use of them. They offer bands the chance to strut their stuff in front of thousands of potential fans.
Emergenza events are always unforgettable and July 7th promises to be an event to remember. The Garage will rock for more than 8 hours as bands compete for a shot at greatness. For more information on this rocking event you can visit www.emergenza.com or www.garageglasgow.co.uk
