Emergenza scheduled To Rock Germany's Keller Klub On October 6
Emergenza brings its rock festival to Stuttgart.
- (1888PressRelease) September 27, 2013 - The Keller Klub opened its doors in 2008. The Club quickly became a cult venue within a few months. The Keller Klub is a basement club located in the center of Stuttgart. It offers a small stage and can house around four hundred visitors. The Klub's atmosphere is unique and highly appreciated by international fans. Fans at this venue are practically almost on the stage itself. Because weekends are always parties, most preliminary round concerts are held on Sundays.
Emergenza is the world's largest and most popular rock festival for up and coming unsigned rock bands. The festival is the brainchild of musically minded friends. They put on their first concert in 1992 in front of just over 300 fans, but five months later say numbers top 3000.
The festival is held in knockout rounds. Each band takes to the stage for a thirty minute set. The first rounds are decided by the attending audience. The audience can vote as many times as they want and for as many bands as they choose. The final rounds are judged by a professional jury panel of judges.
All national winners are flown at Emergenza's expense to Germany to compete in the international finals. The international finals are held each August at the Taubertal Open Air Festival. Bands talented enough to compete in the international finals have the honor of sharing the stage with some of rocks biggest legends. The festival winner is crowned "The Best Band in the World." and they win a tour, promotion, studio time, free musical instruments and so much more!
Five bands will take to the Keller Klubs stage; alternative Indie band Cuse, alternative rock band Crucial.Point, alternative rock band Cardboard Castle, rock band The Hitchhikers and southern rock band Dave Schaefer.
Stop by the Keller Klub and check out some of Germany's hottest upcoming bands!
