This facility, which houses the offices of Ellingson Properties, Echelon Builders, and Morgan Financial, was designed to create an exclusive experience for homebuyers and sellers alike.
Ellingson Properties broke ground on the Space Coast Business Realty Center project in the summer of 2014. Located in Rockledge, just south of Viera Boulevard, this facility is comprised of two main buildings that create a "one-stop shop" for every step of the real estate process, including building, buying, selling, financing, and everything in between.
