ELEKS Software Earns Three Microsoft Gold Competencies
Microsoft Certification Requirements Now Vertically Oriented.

The "Gold" designation is the highest competency level obtainable from Microsoft. By achieving these distinct Gold competencies, ELEKS continues to demonstrate its ability to meet its customers' evolving and increasingly challenging needs in today's dynamic business environment, as well as to further prove its credibility in providing a wide variety of services for its customers.
ELEKS has been a Microsoft Gold Certified partner since 2006. To earn a Microsoft Gold Competency, organizations are required to complete a rigorous set of tests to prove their level of technology expertise, have the appropriate number of Microsoft Certified Professionals, and most importantly, submit customer references and have them provide a rating of the organizations commitment to customer satisfaction via an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT). The CSAT survey, administered by a third party company that specializes in surveys for Microsoft, administers these surveys to 1) validate the customer feedback, 2) to make sure that the data has not been tampered with and 3) to verify that the data truly reflects how the customer had been dealt with over the past year.
The Microsoft Partner Program has recently made a number of changes to the certification process. Companies are now able to earn either Gold or Silver competency in numerous categories for individual competencies. This helps companies focus on their primary business specializations and better distinguishes and differentiates their unique skills and areas of expertise for existing and prospective customers.

As part of Microsoft's Partner Program, a Customer Satisfaction Survey was sent to ELEKS' customer base. The questions asked were specifically designed to measure ELEKS' customers' overall satisfaction with its services and the impact of cooperation with ELEKS on their business. According to the survey results, ELEKS earned a resounding 100% customer satisfaction rating for software development expertise, services provided and personal relationships with the company, as well as support after software services had been rendered to the customer. Remarkably, this was the third year in a row where ELEKS has earned a perfect score in customer satisfaction.
