ELA Announces New Members in Belgium and France
The Employment Law Alliance (ELA) has added two new European member firms: Lydian, of Belgium, and Fromont Briens, of France.
- San Francisco, CA (1888PressRelease) October 25, 2011 - "The caliber of the attorneys at these firms speaks to the central goal of the ELA - to provide the highest quality representation in jurisdictions across the globe from leading attorneys with local knowledge of both the courts and how they interpret their employment laws. We are proud to add our colleagues at Lydian and Fromont Briens to the Alliance," said Employment Law Alliance CEO and Founder Stephen J. Hirschfeld.
Lydian is a full-service law firm with offices in both Antwerp and Brussels. The firm numbers more than 70 attorneys, including a large Employment, Pensions and Benefits Department. The firm is highly ranked in numerous international directories, including Chambers and Partners, which noted, "Employment law is an important area of focus for this dynamic Belgian firm. The full-service group continues to win major clients."
Jan Hofkens, Managing Partner of Lydian, is enthusiastic about becoming a member of the ELA. "We are delighted to join this fantastic alliance of excellent employment lawyers today. As our clients' focus is more and more international, we increasingly assist our clients in their activities outside Belgium, and they will undoubtedly benefit from this network."
