Eight Bell Nunnally Attorneys Named to "Rising Stars" List
Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP attorneys Wendy A. Duprey, Scott F. Ellis, Stephanie K. Gause, Karen L. Hart, Heather H. Jobe, Jeffrey S. Lowenstein, Christopher B. Trowbridge, and Gwen I. Walraven have been named to the 2013 "Texas Rising Stars" list published by Super Lawyers - a Thomson Reuters publication and rating service.

In total, less than 2.5 percent of attorneys eligible for this distinction throughout Texas are selected.
Duprey is senior counsel and a member of the firm's Broker/Dealer and Securities; Labor, Employment and Benefits; and Litigation practices. She focuses on litigation, including commercial, construction, securities litigation and employment law. Duprey is a graduate of Washington University School of Law (J.D., 2005) and Knox College (B.A., 1998). This is her fourth consecutive selection for the Rising Stars list.
Ellis is a partner and member of the firm's Corporate and Securities; Real Estate; and Mergers and Acquisitions practices. He focuses on a variety of real estate and corporate matters, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures, debt and equity financing and the representation and formation of private equity and real estate funds. She represents clients in a variety of real estate and corporate matters, including commercial lending transactions, stock dispositions and asset sales, commercial and retail leasing matters and structured finance transactions. Gause is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2006) and the University of Texas at Austin (B.B.A., 2003).
Hart is a partner and a member of the firm's International; Litigation; and Real Estate practice areas. She is an experienced litigator and counsels clients with respect to complex commercial real estate and construction issues. Hart is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Law (J.D., 2001) and the University of Texas, El Paso (B.A., 1997). This is her second consecutive selection for the Rising Stars list.
Jobe is a partner and a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring; Creditors' Rights; and Litigation practices. She is focused on bankruptcy- and business-related litigation, with a concentration on valuation issues.
