EIC Solutions Product Provides Easy Answer For Overheating
EIC Solutions just released the Aic Conditioning Enclosure. This is the additional size of electrical equipment enclosure that eliminates the threat of overheating.
- (1888PressRelease) October 12, 2010 - EIC Solutions Inc. recently unveiled additional sizes of electrical equipment enclosures that eliminate the threat of overheating.
A built-in thermoelectric air conditioner provides the cooling needed to maintain safe temperatures within the relatively small enclosures. These electrical enclosures can cool their contents to below ambient temperatures while protecting them from harsh environments.

EIC's thermoelectric air conditioners are available in 200, 400, 800, 1,500 and 2,500 BTU sizes and constructed to NEMA 12 and 4X standards for indoor or outdoor use. They are solid state devices and feature an adjustable thermostat and condensate drip pan. They can be customized with a variety of options including heating capability, rain shroud, extension frame, AC or DC power, vertical or horizontal installation, digital temperature controller and more.
The electrical enclosures are available in more than 100 sizes and are constructed to NEMA 12, 4 and 4X standards. Most feature full-height sub-panel on studs, wall mount holes, grounding studs and a print pocket. The door provides full access with quarter-turn latches and an oil-resistant gasket. The enclosures meet most electrical storage needs for electrical controls, instruments, terminals, telecommunications equipment, surveillance devices, laser and optical equipment and many other electronic items.
The enclosures are also available in custom sizes and colors. Construction material options include powder coated steel and stainless steel - which is especially well suited for hazardous environments like food processing plants, chemical sites, water treatment facilities, marine environments, paper mills and other outdoor facilities. Aluminum and fiberglass enclosures can be provided as well.
The enclosures are suitable for wall-mounting, pole-mounting or floor-mounting and are available with a variety of options including insulation, view window, special holes and cutouts, lockable latches with a key or padlock, door-stop kit, drip shield and more.
