Housed at the Edgemar Center for the Arts, nestled in the Frank Gehry designed complex on bustling Main Street in Santa Monica, California, the Fourth Annual Cinema at the Edge Independent Film Festival (CATE) presents films of all genres that feature a distinct vision, a unique voice or a challenge to what is expected and accepted in the medium.
Garrett will teach a six-week Sitcom Intensive Workshop at The Acting Studio at Edgemar Center for the Arts in Santa Monica on six consecutive Wednesday evenings starting September 2, 2015 and concluding October 21.
She is a renowned acting coach and works with many A-List Actors privately as well as on set. These include James Franco, Zooey Deschanel Chris Rock, Gerard Butler, Seth MacFarlane, Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek, and Michelle Rodriguez and many others. Michelle trained with Stella Adler and Uta Hagen. Michelle Danner's Los Angeles acting school specializes in the Meisner Technique.
The Edgemar Center for the Arts today announced they will be hosting the 1st Annual Cinema at the Edge Independent Film Festival from May 30th - June 2nd. Cinema at the Edge Independent Film Festival will screen independent films of all genres that feature a distinct vision and a unique voice.
