On Thursday, February 24 Eden South Beach will officially kick-off a spectacular weekend of events to celebrate their involvement in the 10th annual South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
- Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) February 19, 2011 - Eden South Beach along with Miami Magazine and L'CHAIM Kosher Vodka will host IN THE KITCHEN WITH CHRISTOPHER LEE, 2 dinners at 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., to benefit Share Our Strength. ® This nationwide organization works to end childhood hunger and poverty in the United States and abroad by mobilizing industries and individuals, and creating community wealth, to promote lasting change.
To initiate the evening, guests will enjoy an array of signature Cocktails with L'CHAIM Kosher Vodka and prepared with savory touches and hints from The Garden of Eden. With this, Eden will give way to an enchanting gastronomical evening. James Beard Award Winning and Top Chef Master's, Chef Christopher Lee, along with Chef of Cuisine Matthew Duryea, will prepare an epicurean delight, 5-course menu that will surely tantalize diners. From the flavorful first Course of Mediterranean Branzino Crudo with Cherry Tomatoes, Burrata Cheese, Basil and Pine Nuts, to the flavorful 4th Course, Japanese Wagyu Beef Edamame and "Fried Rice" with Shiitake Mushrooms and Yuzu Sea Salt, guests will be able to savor the Seasonal Flavors that only Eden can bring.
In addition, for only $35 each course can be perfectly paired with an exquisite wine, which will enhance the flavors of each dish.
And for the Grand finale, Chef Christopher Lee has created a sumptuous Black Forrest Cake with Chocolate Streusel and Morello Cherry Ice Cream, which will endure in the palates and minds of every diner.
