About the Newton Hydrobond 403
The Newton Hydrobond is an externally applied waterproofing membrane. It has become recognised as an extremely high-performing composite sheet membrane. Hydrobond 403's design of locking fleece to one side and polymer hydrophilic coating on the other has gotten great reviews by contractors who consistently report that it is a highly effective waterproofing solution that is simple to apply.
Product features include a hydrophilic coating, which, when it comes into contact with water, expands by an estimated 150% and seals small punctures or holes that could occur during fixing of reinforcing steel or during the pouring and compaction of the concrete. This product can be used with domestic basements and in large scale civil engineering projects, too.
